Can I take a warm bath?

I am 14 weeks and I really just want to take a bubble bath and relax with some spa music. Will a warm bath hurt my baby? Is there a certain time frame that is safe?

As long as it’s not too hot it should be fine. Like if it turns your skin red or makes you feel weak, basically it shouldn’t raise your body temperature too much. Warm is okay, really hot is not. Baby gets much hotter than you do!

I always run the water over my wrist as a temp guide and if it makes me feel like sweaty I will turn up the cold. Never get into water hot enough to make steam or make you sweat. My babygirl loves when we take a bath she is still inside but somehow knows when we get in water. The tub or river if she knows I got my belly in the water her butt is kicking like crazy. Its perfectly fine and safe in other words just watch the temp.

Don’t ever get in water over 97 degrees Fahrenheit while pregnant. Get a thermometer to be safe.
