How do you motivate yourself to clean your room?

Ive honestly always been so bad with cleaning my room. I have such bad depression I just cant manage a routine clean then it gets so bad i cant even think about cleaning it. My ac broke last week though so i had to clean my room so i could get my mom in to swap out acs. Im trying to just not let that happen again it feels so nice having a clean organized room again.

tbh eventually it just becomes too much and I spend a whole 3 hours just doing a super clean. I know thats not really motivation but its what I do.
also if i see cute pics of rooms online or on insta I feel motivated. If you have a friends coming over u kinda have to clean too
