Did I mess up my NEW tattoo

Question

So today i got a tattoo. I put my bra on over it about 4 hours later and took it off after about 3 hours later. I go to look at it and it looks like this!! Did i mess it up?! ( the flower part) . It also has some clear liquid coming from the middle of the flower( where it looks ruined)

It's just smudged ink as stated before me. It's not in your skin, your tattoo is fine! I have several tattoos and two of them are big pieces this happens to my new ones a lot from the extra ink.

You probably smudged the ink but that’s it . Shouldn’t ruin it as the smudged ink didn’t penetrate your skin .

Probably. They tell you not to put anything on it and you should have listened. There is a chance it might just scan and heal ok but there is also a chance it’s ruined since the ink is so fresh.
