Did I mess up my NEW tattoo

So today i got a tattoo. I put my bra on over it about 4 hours later and took it off after about 3 hours later. I go to look at it and it looks like this!! Did i mess it up?! ( the flower part) . It also has some clear liquid coming from the middle of the flower( where it looks ruined)
