Please Help My Period Is Extremely Messed Up

Okay my cycle was funny at first but now I'm actually starting to get worried. I had my first period when I was 12 near early August. Seemed completely normal (i think) it was about 8-9 days, but the next cycle took 140 days. Like before I started bleeding again. The next cycle took 7-8 days. Which was fine nothing weird besides time of it, around another 120 days afterwards I had my next period. I haven't had my period since then and I didn't think about it much until now and I'm starting to have anxiety about it and can't sleep. I'm not having sex with guys or anything, like I masturbate every once in a while. My parents aren't really open either and I'm not sure how to tell them anything. I don't know, just please help.
