5 weeks or 6 weeks?

So this is something I’ve been thinking about and it’s confusing me 😂 maybe I’ve got baby brains already! But I’m 5 weeks 5 days, so does this mean I’m currently in my 6th week of pregnancy? And so when I hit 6 weeks, the following week I’ll be in my 7th, if that makes sense?

But you never go by that, you always say two years old until your birthday. Same with the weeks. You might be in your sixth week, but you're five weeks along until you hit the day of six weeks.
