what's your Thoughts on theese guys .. do the help ttc.. Are they good for the baby .. reviews ?

I’m on my second cycle using these. Although they didn’t magically get me my BFP last month (still 🤞 for this cycle) they have everything you need for a reasonable price so I think they are worth a try.

Personally I think the expensive brands of vitamins are a massive waste of money. When I told my GP I was going to start ttc she said to take a multivitamin, just make sure it has vitamin D, Folic Acid, and make sure it does NOT have Vitamin A. The cheapest one and the more expensive one will probably have exactly the same amount of vitamins, check the label if you like. Although some may include omega 3 but you could also buy that separately for less money. I got 3 months of vitamins for £5 at my nearest supermarket. They don't make you more fertile or anything, but being generally healthier overall will in turn make you more successful when ttc. Good luck!

I personally take them and my husband takes the guy version. 
I work within the vitamin industry, and they are actually quite good! The problem with buying “cheaper” supplements is they might not have the quality (levels of vitamins in them that the box states as they don’t test every batch) also they have far more bulking agents in them and a lower absorbency rate/ quality! 
So all in all, these won’t help you fall pregnant quicker but they will be better for you and your baby! Also £10 for 1 month supply of vitamins isn’t bad compared to others (the product I sell is £100 for months supply, which I actually take along side for better results)
