Please tell me whats the best tandem buggy/stroller

Hi all, i have 2 girls under 2 so I need a really good and under £700 buggy/stroller. please advice which one is best in your oppinion? this is the one i want,oyster max 2 tandem .... please feel free with cons and pros against it and what is the one you would choose.
