Is it weird my baby never has a reaction to food?

I have recorded every single new food I’ve given her to watch for a typical baby reaction, but there has been NONE! I got so confident that my baby loves everything that when she turned 1, I gave her straight lemon, lime and even broke off a piece of salt and vinegar potato chip for her to try. Nothing! No sour face or anything. Is it possibly my baby doesn’t have taste buds!?
