challenge accepted

Summer

at my gym there's a small challenge where you do 148 situps (not sure why that specific number but whatever) every day for 12 days. I know it's bad for you to do situps every day as your muscles need time to rest so I'm going to do 148 situps every other day for 24 days. that way I get a day of rest in between but I will still be doing 12 days in total of situps. I'm starting the challenge tomorrow. I will be posting before pictures/after pictures just to see if there's any difference.
