How do you explore your sexuality

Hi guys! I’m 13 years old an I live in Turkey. Turkey isn’t a place with very open minded people (it is a religious country). I don’t really know my sexuality yet but I think I’m a lesbian or bisexual. I want to explore it and know for sure. But it’s not that easy. I like a girl very much but I can’t tell her straight away (the girl I like is VERY open minded). I hesitate, I become shy and anxious. How do I tell her that I like her and how can I explore my sexuality in these circumstances?
