2 days with horrible pains but yesterday was really the worst, i had a fever of 100 and really strong abdominal cramping and lower back pain along with this dull pain on my buttocks kind of if i needed to go. Today i took a shower and had to get out because i could no longer breathe good and was getting nauseas. I want to go to the er but what if its nothing? This didnt happen to me during my first pregnancy, i am 15 weeks. I can bairly walk because of the pain down there and my tummy, my stomach is super hard and more popping out and it wasnt like that before
