Blood pressure normal range, symptoms not

So I am currently 24 weeks & 6 days. All my life I’ve had low blood pressure except for last pregnancy. My blood pressure today is higher than usual but normal range, but I have a headache from hell & blurry vision. Very high risk pregnancy. Should I be alarmed?
