Exercise in last trimester?
So I had a horrible first trimester and couldn't exercise at all. I was so sick and lost a bunch of weight from the constant vomiting. I've been feeling better since about 17 weeks, but have been swamped with work. My job has some light activity involved so I move.
Now I will have off for the next 9 weeks. I want to exercise but not sure whats safe, especially since I haven't done any real exercise the last few months. Any recommendations or places I can find info?
