Natural Induction?

I've read about natural inductions but I just wanted the opinions of others.

The baby will come when it is ready, remember it's an Estimated due date. Red raspberry leaf tea a uterine toner helps with strong productive contractions but won't induce you. Sex. Acupressure, can help get thigs moving but could cause an incredibly long labor if your body isn't ready. I would avoid castor oil and blue or black cohosh(sp). Trust your body.

I'd recommend reading Ina May Gaskin's Guide to Childbirth if you haven't- she talks about natural induction methods that they've used over the years. And it's just an awesome book 😊 The most successful she listed (if I remember correctly) are nipple stimulation, sex, & membrane sweep. Also TONS of walking. Good luck!!
