Favorite Infant Car Seat??

For our baby shower my fiancé and I received a travel system that included the Graco Snugride 30. I had picked it out because the reviews I read were so amazing but as soon as we took it out of the box and felt the car seat we knew we’d have to return it. There’s no padding and it just feels cheap. We’re super disappointed. We decided that we want to just get a really good infant car seat since we really don’t need a toddler stroller for a while and to get a travel system with a great car seat is just out of our budget right now. So what are some great infant car seats? Preferably under or at $200.
