currently sitting up at 4 in the morning watching cartoons with my 18month old son. He woke about 3 and got sick and had a high temp of 38.9..iv gave him paracetamol suppositories and about 40mins later some Nurofen I also have a damp cloth on his forehead and he's stripped down to just an open vest and nappy. should I call the doctor incase he has an infection?I'm waiting 30mins after I gave Nurofen to check temp again to see has it gone down:(
