Home Births/Switching to a midwife

Ya'll my OB has let me know that he will no longer be doing births and can only see me up to 32 weeks 😭😭😭 (Im 27 weeks) that being said I have convinced my hubby this is our push to have a home birth 👏👏 we have our meet and greet this week..... what are some things I should be asking.... I'm lost...

A back story this is my 4th child. I have never had an epidural. I've only tore with my 1st baby. All 3 of my babies were induced at 42 weeks and my body doesn't like pitocin.... it doesn't work 🤣 I know my OB was shocked and he thought I was lying when I first mentioned it.
