Returning to work/no breast milk for 5hrs

Looking for input. I will be returning to work for 4-5hr shifts. About 3-4 days per week. My daughter will not have any breast milk while I’m gone. Do you guys think this will be okay? If I nurse her before I go and when I get back? She refuses bottles/formula and I do not want to start pumping. Do you guys thing it will be okay to leave her with just water & food? Also with my peds okay we have been introducing whole milk an ounce at a time. How long do your babes go without nursing or a bottle?
