Video or not, what’s your favorite? 😊

Interested in this post!! but I want to express if you go for a video one that uses an app on your phone etc make sure you remember to change the security password!
My best friends husband did an ethical hacking course as part of his job (does a lot of government work) and baby monitors are one of the easiest devices to hack as they generally have the same passwords for each model rather than device- they had a true life case story of a mother hearing a man in her child’s room who had hacked her monitor and was asking the child to change clothes and other creepy stuff 😳😳

summer brand from Wal-Mart(I think less than 120 we paid), it's a video monitor that can be set somewhere or mounted and it does not connect to WiFi so you can only see my son with the handheld piece. we started out with just the basic one you could hear noise from but when my son would move around or different cries or we wanted to check on him if he was super quiet after being fussy...having a video one was so much better and we could check on him without going in his room.

We have a Dlink WiFi monitor and it’s great. Was a huge pain to set up. We also have a cheap audio monitor from target. Use it way more often than the WiFi one.

My whole pregnancy, I said that I would not move my son to his own room without a video monitor. Money was tight so we went without, and honestly; I’m glad I never spend the money on it. With his monitor I can hear EVERY move he makes. When he rolls over or sits up, I can hear it. I always know what he’s doing even though I can’t see him. 
That being said, I still like them and think they’re handy and would love to get one with a future child when money is in the place for it
