Before, during, and after!

Before i ever fell pregnant, March 2017, 208lbs.

During pregnancy, November 2017! 200 lbs (yes i lost 8 lbs in pregnancy)

January 24th 2018, night i had my son. 230 lbs.

Jan. 29th, 2018. 4 days pp 220 lbs.

2 weeks ago. 156lbs.

Father’s Day 2018. 155 lbs.

Today. 151 lbs. 5 months pp.

I never liked taking pictures, i was miserable, not happy, and just WAY overweight but in the 5 months I’ve become healthier, happier and actually LIKE eating healthy! Who would’ve ever thought? My motivation? My husband. He deserved the best version of me. He busts his butt and always told me i was beautiful. But he deserved the version of myself that felt beautiful and that was actually HAPPY! Kolton. Kolton, deserved a mom that wouldn’t get out of breathe playing with him, it wouldn’t be a hassle to get down in the floor and play with him. Bottom line, Tristan deserved a healthy wife and Kolton a healthy mommy! And i deserves to be comfortable in my own skin.

My pregnancy was not fun, i actually didn’t like being pregnant at all and i never wanted to feel that way, so i think being healthier will opt to a all around better pregnancy next go round.

So here’s to getting healthy, and staying that way!! Thanks to my husband for loving me at 230 and at 150!
