Im 19 + 4 and have been on Diclectin for morning sickness since week 7 and it hasnt gone away....today even with meds I cant keep anything down including water....should i go see a dr or wait?

I was the same and it didn’t go away until 20 weeks . Nothing helped not even the diceltion or whatever
