We went for our anatomy scan last week at 18 weeks. We found out it’s a boy, but he has a congenital diaphragmatic hernia. There’s a hole in his diaphragm and his stomach is up in his chest cavity. The survival rate is not 100% so we are worried sick. After losing 3 babies to miscarriages I just can’t even think about what would happen to me if I Lost him after birth. I wish I had the power to give myself the hernia instead of him. I love him so much already and feel so bad for him. Just wondering if there are any other families out there who have been through this and have sons/daughters with this condition. Im worried sick.
