I’ve just started having really bad sharp pain in my upper abdominal region, pretty much everywhere above belly button as well as some of it wrapping around to my upper back. I’m talking take my breath away can’t really move kinda pain.

It gets slightly less painful for like a minute and then boom! Sharp pain for like two minutes. Laying down on my side makes it slightly less painful but not by that much.

I’ve tried walking around or drinking water but it doesn’t help. It’s also accompanied by some pretty bad heartburn.

Anyone have any idea what this could be? Should I be concerned or is this a normal pregnancy pain?
