ladies i need help

so i took a pregnancy test friday afternoon it came back positive. fast forward to sunday i started spotting which lead to bleeding not enough to fill up a sanitary pad. i dont have any blood clots or heavy bleeding. has this happened to anyone of you ladies if so id like to hear your experiences and or what should i expect.
