Always wondered this:
So I just found out that I am pregnant and I’m overweight and unhealthy, but now that I have another human life inside me to take care of, I want to be healthier obviously. So my question is, if i start being healthy and exercise (in a safe way) and you know quit drinking and all that (as anyone would being pregnant) and stop drinking soda, could I lose weight while being pregnant in a “good” way? I know doctors say you shouldn’t lose weight while being pregnant, but Ive only heard that being done bc of morning sickness, not with healthy changes. I’m already overweight and if i gain more weight being pregnant I feel like it’ll REALLY be unhealthy and bad for the baby and me. Just a thought Ive always wondered.
