Controversial accountability (trigger warning)

Labeled trigger warning due to the nature of this post.

For those that have seen the videos of the 15 Year old being sliced and cut to death outside a neighborhood store, in the case of mistaken identity, does the owner of the store need to be held accountable in anyway for this kids death? In the video you can see the store owner signaling to the young bleeding child to walk outside.

Turned him away when he was just asking for help. The kid tried getting help again from the store clerk to have him shoo him out like an animal.

Not even an animal does this to a human in need. Now my question is, does the store owner have a lawful responsibility to help the child that later died from his wounds.?

All the men have been captured. One was even turned in by his own mother. This child won’t get his life back. This family won’t get this heart ache to end. But does the grocery store man have any accountability? The store is now closed but no word as to when or if indeed the store will return to business. The community is in outrage disbelief. And many celebrities have either donated or gone in person to this young mans home to visit his mom. 🙏🏼
