What is Happening?

So I need some insight on this... preferably from women who have previously given birth vaginally. I have been somewhat TTC, but not full on. I am overdue for my period, which is not terribly uncommon for me. The last few days I have been feeling very sick to my stomach, and yesterday I broke out in acne all over my face and chest. I assumed that it was my period about to start. I have had a very LITTLE bit of spotting, on and off for the last 48 hours, but nothing more. So my question is... do you think my period is coming? Or did these things happen to you as early pregnancy symptoms from your second child? With my first, I had morning sickness, but not acne or spotting. But I know every pregnancy is different. What was your experience with round 2 of pregnancy?
