Insomnia help
For the past week I have been unable to sleep. Last night I was awake until 3 am even though I took something to help me sleep. I’m at my wits end and it’s really started to effect me. I’m moody and really irritable.
Does anyone know any ways that might help me get some sleep? I’ve cut out caffeine, I exercise during the day, get up early (I have a 7month old so I have to), and I don’t ever nap or anything during the day.
I’m willing to try anything at this point.
