keto advice
so ive been doing keto for only 5 days like today is my 5th day and after breakfast i passed out. but i don't know why . im eating less than 15 grams of carbs a day and breakfast today was mostly fat and some protein. im glad my son sometimes sleeps long .
question here being... has anyone who is startimg keto had this happen or know how to counter act it so i dont fall asleep again because i have lots to do around the house everyday and i can't have one of these nap spells again.?
passed out like nap not faint
