Bleeding

So yesterday I hit the 6 week mark. Everything was fine until about 9:30pm when I felt a fish of blood come out of me. It was bright red. So I instantly panicked and went to the ER. They checked my levels and they are at 19,000 up from 476 at 4 weeks. They did an ultrasound, baby measured great and had a heart beat of 122. The doctor said the bleeding is from a subchronic hemorrhage. I’m still slightly freaking out that I’m going to miscarry again. I’ve been put on pelvic rest and lifting restrictions. Anyone else diagnosed with this?!
