Does anyone ovulate late?

Lately my periods have been all over the place (average 28/29 days but as long as 35 days) but if I go based of Glow or even my other period apps I would have successfully hit any ovulation day. Which, I know I know 1st few time TTC doesn't mean you'll actually get pregnant. But the last couple times I did opk it was positive right before my period came (about 7-8 days). Also ovulating signs such as ewcm typically shows up right before my period and my sex drive is through the roof. 😩 & I swear my cervix was high the week before my period I could barely feel it and when my period came it was low. But cervix position confuses me a little still. I just document it all this point ool. 

If I do ovulate late does that mean my period would still be MIA?! 

It also would make sense for when I conceived my son.
