When does 3rd trimester begin?

Glow says 26 weeks. Others say 28 weeks. Anyone know the actual week it begins? Thanks!

Here's the one I've been following haha. It's so much simpler then the week by week chart to me. Doesn't throw me off at all.

I thought it was 27 then went to my doc that week and she said 'almost third trimester' I was like 'what?!' She goes by 28
