Cytotec for miscarriage warning

So I had to take cyctotec to induce a miscarriage that my body wasn’t starting. Lost baby three weeks ago...

Anyway, I just passed a clot and it included all 4 pills that the doctor had requested to insert vaginally. Does this mean they didn’t dissolve? Will my body stop forward progress with the miscarriage??
