So I just started my period a year ago and I started spotting today one the worst days when I have vacation coming up and I need to use a tampon but I'm scared, my parents have always told me it can take my virginity and idk what to do or how to put it in! I need help

I agree with the previous comment. And if you arent quite sure how to put it in, there should be instructions on/in the box. It takes a little practice and getting used to, but it's not difficult. You'll be fine. Hope you enjoy your vacation!

That’s not how Virginity works... the hymen can “pop” riding a horse or going down an especially bumpy road or over a bump on a bike if it’s thin and sensitive enough. I’m 90% sure mine didn’t get damaged till like the 5th guy I had relations with. And I’ve only bled from sex a handful of times. Definitely start with the lowest absorbency available and panty liners or super thin pads at first though. And don’t be shamed to buy a little thing of plain lube to help with inserting it if it’s difficult at first.
