HELP!

So, about 5 days ago me and my boyfriend had some rough sex and it really hurt the both of us. The next day I wipe and there's a small amount of blood. Also, we used a condom and he didn't cum at all. After that I've been really constipated and whenever I strain to poop whenever I wipe I notice blood. Im obviously not pregnant, because whenever me and my boyfriend have sex it's always with a condom and he never cums due to the uncomfortable and awkward places. But now that this blood is still going, some days it's barely there other times it's like before I start my period. This has been going on and off for 4 days. So idk. What's wrong.
