Spotting brown blood
I’m suppose to go in for my first blood test on day 3 of my cycle. I spotted a little brown blood yesterday. I woke up this morning, same thing except I’m having a bit of cramps this morning so I believe my flow may start today. My question is, when do I start counting my period? Was yesterday day 1 (the first day of spotting)? Or is Day 1 the actual flow? Please help! Thank you!
