Scared

I had unprotected sex 8 days ago. My period is irregular with a 49 day menstrual cycle. My breast are sore and on the sides they feel really sore and I’ve never had that before. Acne has gotten worse, and I usually go through PMS before my period but this feels different. Should I wait to take a pregnancy test. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow for something else I wanted a pap.
