Do you get irritated by kids who scream in public and whose parents don’t do anything about it?

I don’t mind kids, I mean they’re kids I can’t expect much from them. But I get so annoyed and irritated when they scream their lungs out in public, either because they’re having a tantrum, crying or simply running around and yelling. I was looking at some make up today, the shop was pretty big and quite empty. There was a family, tgeir kid was running around the shop and screaming and they were just calmly looking at parfumes. I think you could see on my face that I was annoyed and I just nodded my head, only to look at the parents who were giving me really nasty looks. Well sorry not sorry no one has to put up with your little thing, whatever you wanna call it. Control your damn kid, their scream is not a lovely song to anyone
