Pregnant and house cleaning

I’m over 8 weeks pregnant and tbh I’ve had no motivation to clean up I work full time. My bf complains about the house being dirty ... it’s starting to get on my nerves cuz even when I say why can’t we do it together he gets all mad n says well ive cleanin multiple times blah blah blah which I don’t really care because WE BOTH LIVE HERE. I understand I’m slacking but I’m tired as hell. How do u guys think I should go about this ?
