Super annoyed at my dr

I have to go to a fertility clinic since i just had my 3 rd miscarriage. I went and got my test results from an hsg, ultrasound ovaries and fetal ultrasound. My dr told me my hsg was normal except that my left tube was partially blocked and so they unblocked it and that my uterus was tilted. What the report says is that I have a navothian cyst in the cervix and they found some small round filling defects within the endometrial cavity but that they might be air bubbles and that I had small follicles on both of my ovaries but they are not big enough to conclude pcos. I'm pretty annoyed that these things were not mentioned to me. Especially the small filling defects, since they don't kno if they are air bubbles or not wouldn't it be a good idea to do the test again? Or do a different test? Anyone else have any experiences with any of these things?i feel like they could have contributed to my miscarriage. I hope the specialist can figure out what's going on.
