can I be that woman for a few?

usually I only have cramping during my fertile window/ ovulation time but I haven't stopped cramping since. I also keep getting little twinge/ needle poke feelings in my cervix area. I've had 3kids before, youngest is 2.5 yrs old but idk if maybe I could be pregnant again. it's too early to tell obviously but I'm a symptom spotter, has anyone else had this and ended up pregnant or had this and still had af come?

my cm is white and creamy/ tacky which is normal for me around this time
