Is this disrespectful to Spanish culture?

So I just got an invite to a girls quinceaera, but she’s white and has no Spanish decent as far as I know. I was kinda taken back. Is this disrespectful?

I'd be very careful with this. If she is in no way Spanish I would say yes it's disrespectful but her being white doesnt mean she isn't Spanish. There's a LOT of white passing Spanish people. Her looking white, or even her parents looking white, doesnt invalidate her right to her culture. 
Back when I was in high school I was good friends with a girl that had very light skin, blue eyes, and dirty blonde hair. She's from Puerto Rico and looks more like her grandmother than either of her parents. People thought she was white and it caused a lot of uncomfortable situation for those people; she absolutely loved embarrassing people for it.
