Do you think a racist can change their mindset? My friend, who is half black and half white just admitted to me that he used to post racist things on his Twitter when he was younger, and no longer does. He doesn't seem to have the mindset anymore, but I am aware he struggles to find his bearing on where he fits in in society. By his words "I don't fit in with black people because I'm not black enough and I don't fit in with white people because I'm not white enough" so maybe this is part of why he did it?
