+ opk but no temp rise
Second month in a row where I’ve had a positive opk but no temp rise. Boobs are tender like usual around ovulation.
Does this mean I haven’t actually ovulated, or can you ovulate without a temp rise?
I came off Cerazette a couple of months ago to ttc, but didn’t realise I may not return to ‘normal’ fairly quickly 🙁
