Obviously TMI - I'm talking about my anus!

I don't know how I got them, but I have hemorrhoids.

First symptoms appeared 8 days ago; thought my butt (between the cheeks) was just irritated from the heat/sweat. Two days later I realized nope, totally a hemorrhoid. I put cream on, tried not to sit much, and after a day it almost completely went away.

But now, for the past 36 hours, its back with VENGEANCE! My ass has never been so uncomfortable. I've got both hemorrhoid cream and a witch hazel cream (which feels great!). What else can I do?! From what I can feel/see, I have one rather swollen hemorrhoid right outside my anus, basically between my vagina and anus. So far it hasn't been very painful to go poop (and I don't think that's what caused it - I never have to strain).

I'm just in pain and at a dead end. What can I do to help them heal and disappear?!
