Terrified of another c-section

With my first pregnancy I was diagnosed with preeclampsia at 28 weeks and had to have an emergency c-section at 36 weeks. After the c-section I felt so sick to the point where i couldn't even sit up and reach for a drink. My doctor noticed that my blood pressure and heart rate were steadily dropping and my side was blue. She did an ultrasound and told me she found alot of fluid which turned out to be blood pooling. I was rushed to the OR and woke up hours later in the ICU, they told me that I lost alot of blood so they had to do a blood transfusion and they didn't see an active bleeding site so they double stitched every cut to be sure I didn't bleed again. It was the most traumatic scariest thing I have ever been through. By the time they caught the problem I was already going in and out of consciousness, was freezing cold and could barely keep my eyes open. I just found out that I am pregnant again at 5 months pp and I'm terrified to go under the knife again. I was induced at 35 weeks but wouldn't dilate past a 4 and my bp shot up to a dangerous level so they couldn't continue the induction. What are the chances of being able to have a vbac if I do get preeclampsia again?
