is my tattoo bad?

i got this tattoo from my usual shop last night but unfortunately it was a different artist than i have always had. i’m planning on having my guy touch it up a little bit when it heals but some of the lines might be beyond saving. does my tattoo look bad?

No, it doesn't look bad. The lines are only noticeable if you pay really close attention to them and even so, it looks like it's a part of the art. I wouldn't have noticed anything wrong with it had you not said anything

Some of the lines are pretty shaky and a few of the leaves look more like swords than leaves. Take it to your regular artist and have him fix it, it’s not beyond saving. Definitely don’t let whoever did that tattoo you again and from now on, if the artist you like (who does work you trust) isn’t there or is busy... just wait. That shit is permanent and you’ll end up paying more to have it fixed in the future.

it might just be the style and I'm not 100% sure what you wanted it to look like 
but it looks like the lines are extremely shaky and a little sloppy 
but its not a bad tattoo

It doesn’t look bad! All the lines are super straight and angular as opposed to round and flowing, and I think that it’s a personal preference thing. For one of mine I wanted it to be angular not round but then another I wanted there to be curves so I think it just depends on what you’re looking for

I think its cute, and for the "shaky lines" it looks like its supposed to be like that.
