How did you quit smoking when you found out you were pregnant?

My body literally made me and I'm happy it did. I never want to smoke again. I just naturally starting becoming repulsed by it. That's how I knew to take a pregnancy test actually lol

Hypnosis worked for me. You don't want or need to smoke after the session. Tried a lot of other things and didn't really believe in it and was surprised how well it worked. No cravings or mood swings- nothing.

I used an e-cig with no nicotine for a week to help with cravings. Actually, I thought I was in a low dose and planned on weaning myself off but my husband put in no nicotine without telling me. Sneaky monkey. I still really want to smoke but I know I just have to wait, just like with booze.
