12 week check up today.
And I really don't know what to expect. What do they do? Do I get to hear the heartbeat at least? Do they do ultrasounds throughout the pregnancy just to make sure everything is okay?? I don't feel pregnant anymore and I'm getting all anxious thinking something is wrong. Can someone tell me what I should expect?
