Could I be pregnant please I need some help

If anyone has gone through this or could possibly help me I really could use the help. I haven’t had a true period since January 7, 2018. In April during spring break I realized it and my doctor told me all my test came back fine and prescribed me estrogen and progesterone. I told it and in May I had an induced period. Well here I am June 30, 2018 with no period, I went to an OBGYN and he also checked me out and side nothing looked wrong and a urine pregnancy test came back negative, I had symptoms off and on in the begging of June I was nauseous randomly at 4am, I slept so much, I had to use the restroom every 30 minutes, white runny discharge, heart burn and now my breast a sensitive. Maybe I’m just overreacting. I know some of you may say why not go to a doctor... I have I’ve been to like six, I have had every test ran on me and they keep saying I’m perfectly healthy but as a 21 year old this doesn’t seem healthy.
